  • Of course! You can utilise our online therapy option, or I am willing to travel to the following areas: Bellarine Peninsula, Surfcoast, Barwon region (basically anywhere within a 30 kilometre radius from Geelong city centre) for outreach sessions.

  • Of course! We have experience working with NDIS clients, providing services for mental health issues such as anxiety and schizophrenia.

  • No. Counselling and psychotherapy sessions do not need to be referred through a GP. All bookings can be made through the online booking system or by contacting Courtney directly by email or phone.

    However, counselling is considered eligible for part of a GP-endorsed Mental Health Plan. Please check with your GP if you are unsure.

  • You are not able to claim Medicare rebates at this time, however you might be eligible to claim your session with your private health insurance provider, depending on your level of cover.

  • We offer 50 minute, 90 minute, 2 hour and 3 hour sessions. A 90 minute session is recommended for initial consultations.

    The 2 hour extended sessions and 3 hour intensive sessions are ideal for those who might want to attend in one long session rather than spread their therapy over several weeks, and for those that live far away from Geelong.

  • All sessions that are cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment incur a 100% cancellation fee.

    However, modifications can be considered for special circumstances.
