  • During your first therapy session, we will explore what mental and emotional concerns you are experiencing in your life at the moment, as well as your goals for therapy.

    If you’re not sure exactly what your issues or goals are, we can explore them together!

  • All sessions are 50 minutes. In-person and outdoor sessions are $120. Online sessions are $110.

    There is a special discount for students, with all sessions costing $80.

    *Please note that all weekend sessions incur a higher rate of $150 ($100 for students)

  • I am available Monday - Saturday (8:30am - 6pm) for in-person sessions, and am available anytime for online sessions.

  • I am located at the Welfare Hub at 245 Roslyn Road, Highton, Vic, 3216.

  • Of course! You can utilise our online therapy option, or I am willing to travel to the following areas: Bellarine Peninsula, Surfcoast, Barwon region (basically anywhere within a 30 kilometre radius from Geelong city centre) for outreach sessions.

  • All sessions that are cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment incur a 100% cancellation fee.

    However, modifications can be considered for special circumstances.

  • No. Counselling and psychotherapy sessions do not need to be referred through a GP. All bookings can be made through the online booking system or by contacting Courtney directly by email or phone.

    However, counselling is considered eligible for part of a GP-endorsed Mental Health Plan. Please check with your GP if you are unsure.

  • You are not able to claim Medicare rebates at this time, however you might be eligible to claim your session with your private health insurance provider, depending on your level of cover.

  • Of course! We have experience working with NDIS clients, providing services for mental health issues such as anxiety and schizophrenia.
